I am an incoming Aerospace Engineering sophomore at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. I am seeking a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering with the hope of continuing my education as a Master of Science prospect. I've gained tutoring experience during my senior year of high school as a member of the National Honors Society. I was provided various opportunities to teach a broad range of K-12 subjects and expedite students' problem-solving approaches. Although, my expertise is more STEM-oriented towards engineering fundamentals, calculus, physics, and various STEM-related topics. I've been proven flexible to tutor various subjects while integrating creative lessons for greater understanding. I've initiated a public speaking program called "Eloquence Speaking Program" to help students overcome the universal fear of publicly speaking and develop their interpersonal competencies. I loved working with students of all ages, because everyone is unique in their own way. My goal is to reinforce students' strengths and address their weaknesses. Education is a broad spectrum, and there shouldn't be one way of developing an understanding for a certain subject. I believe each student should be accommodated and taught differently to best reap the benefits.
