About Me

I am a graduate student studying astrophysics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. My goal is to move forward to get a Ph.D. in physics, astrophysics specifically, and then to become a professor. I love helping others learn topics like math and physics because many people have been told that you are either naturally good or bad at them and that isn't true. Sometimes you need to look at them through a different lens. For this reason, I tutor math and physics. Whenever I am working with students my goal is to make them feel respected and seen as a person trying to better themselves for whatever their reason may be. Whenever possible I try to keep the sessions light-hearted and easygoing. Outside of tutoring, I am a big fan of the tabletop game Dungeons and Dragons and try to play that once a week with friends as consistently as possible
