About Me

For the past 4 1/2 years I have been teaching online English classes with children in China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. Currently I am teaching reading to Spanish speaking students in the US.I graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with my BA in Law. My first two years of college were focused on Early childhood and Special Education. My last two years I switched to Pre-Law. I have taught children for over 30 years in just about every subject and in about every situation. I have mainly taught in small group settings with homeschooling and in private homeschool groups of up to 100 children. I have also taught in adult small groups and church based schools for children. I have had a lot of first hand experience teaching children with autism and dyslexia. I understand the struggles that children can have with this and every small step, every gain is victory in my eyes! I like to celebrate, sing, clap and cheer on my students. I want each child to know that they have a purpose, plan and destiny ahead of them. I want to help them even if it is a small bit, along that way.
