I recently obtained a Bachelor's Degree in psychology from The New School. I plan to continue my education and training in psychology in the very batear future.
My experience with tutor outing is extensive and varied. I have worked with students of all ages, from early elementary d school, to adult students. My experience working with children has been mostly with students who have struggled with learning disabilities, with my main work being with dyslexic students.
My favorite subjects to teach are English and Math. I love to see the recognition and confidence build in the students face, as they begin to better understand the material. My tutoring style is very relaxed and conversational. With experience, I've noticed by providing an environment where the stakes are low and mistakes are encouraged for learning, has been the best environment for students.
Outside of tutoring and psychology, my love for animals, shines through my work with pets. I am also a music and plan to incorporate music, with my future career in psychology.
