I am a graduate of Dallas Baptist University where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies, and where I focussed on biblical studies and history, as I was able. Since graduation, I have worked in education for a few years at a small, North Texas private school. I have had the opportunity to teach all levels of high school across several disciplines. My passion is in biblical studies, as I currently serve as a Pastoral Resident in Central Texas; but I also have a passion for history, as I am a trained AP teacher. I love to see my students grow both academically and personally as I teach them. I also believe that it is vital for parents to be involved, as much as possible, in their student's education for the benefit of their family unit and for their student's success. Outside of the classroom, I love a good book and an even better cup of coffee.
Undergraduate Degree: Dallas Baptist University - Bachelor in Arts, Christian Studies
I absolutely love drinking coffee and finding new coffee shops to visit. Usually, I have a book on me that I am working through: whether fiction, theology, or another non-fiction work. Apart from coffee and books, I love spending time with my wife and our puppy; usually, we all go outside or watch movies together. At the moment, my favorite show (to watch on repeat) is The West Wing.
