I am originally from Staten Island, New York, and grew up on the East End of Long Island. I reside in Brooklyn, New York for the last 30 years. I am honest, transparent, and patient with my customers. I am also is loyal and genuinely focused on making the client/broker experience a pleasant one. I have successfully run real estate ventures, which focused on foreclosure sales, tax liens, auctions, and sale-leasebacks. I cover real estate throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, Nassau, and Suffolk County as well as Staten Island, and represent sellers and buyers, including renters. My clients vary from business professionals and families to students.
I graduated from the City University of New York CSI in May 2008, graduating Cum Laude with a degree in psychology. This experience has been an important tool in understanding people and becoming a better listener.
I enjoy helping people understand real estate completely. Real estate may be easy for some, however, there are many rules and definitions and frequently used terms, which are confusing. I like to make easy and creative ways to help students, and colleagues remember.
My favorite subjects are psychology, history, anatomy, and physiology.
I love school and consider myself a student of life. Recently during COVID receiving my certification in phlebotomy.
