I am a humorist, so please don't take my stern photo too seriously!
I love mathematics, logic, probability, machine learning, decision making, and non-empirical theories of everything... But that should not intimidate you! I have extensive experience teaching Undergraduates in a variety of subject areas (by the time you read this, I will probably be again teaching in person courses at a University concurrently).
Before I get too deep into me... I expect to focus my efforts on general college level mathematics, probability/statistics/decision making (SOA/CAS P Exam qualified), computer science, and data science/machine learning/AI (not robotics other than decision making). If you are studying at a Freshman/Sophomore Undergraduate level or preparing for College, I can meet you at your level at anything I am listed as qualified for. Upperclassmen should ask and the answer will be yes in some areas and no in others! But ask!
Personally, I have a BA in Computer Science (Honors) and an MSci in Computational Finance (Honors), areas in which I have published in Academic journals. This prepared me for most recently teaching College Engineering Mathematics (Calculus, Linear Algebra) at a German University (I speak German and can teach in German or Spanish, but I am American and English is my first language). As indicated, I am suited to teach any of a variety of Computer Science related topics as well. (Ask!)
I previously received a BA/MA in Philosophy, from prestigious programs, where I concentrated on Mathematical Logic and (what is now considered) Machine Learning. In these programs, I taught Logic, Probability, Inference, and English Composition. This time also infected me with a keen interest in theoretical foundations for Computer Science, Data Science, and Mathematics/Logic.
Again, I encourage you to ask me whether I can help you with a topic. In general, I often can't meet a students needs when they are very technical-topic specific or otherwise very specialized mathematical areas... If you need a tutor for the Go programming language, you can probably find somebody, but I am not that person (I do everything I can in Python and its libraries, but know Java/C++/SQL and others, e.g. a bit of Prolog, R/SAS. I also web-scraped the World Factbook to build geo.atheoryof.us)... but just ask and I will help you find your way!
