I am a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Writing. I worked as a Writing Tutor at Kent State's library on campus, where I worked with a variety of skill levels ranging from foreign exchange students learning grammar to working with PhD students on theses and dissertations. After college, I worked in special education at a day treatment center where I taught writing lessons for all students between Kindergarten and grade 12. My varied experience with writing allows me to understand and adjust to any piece of writing that's presented to me. I've found I enjoy teaching writing more than the act of writing itself, so I'm excited to spread my knowledge and expertise! I have experience working with almost any type of writing, from formal research, academic, and business writings, to creative writings such as novels, poetry, screen plays, and more!
