Scott Neu has over 14 years of diverse experience in the fields of EMS and Emergency Management in Texas, and Oklahoma. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Medical Services Administration from Eastern New Mexico University, and a Master of Science degree in Emergency Management from Millersville University.
In addition to teaching college level Disaster Science classes at the University of Central Missouri, Scott is an EMS Training Officer and EMS Instructor for Mercy Health Love County EMS in Oklahoma. He is an active member of the Emergency Management Association of Texas and International Association of Emergency Managers. He also serves his community as a member of the Lindsay Vol. Fire & Rescue, currently serving as Assistant Chief, and as the Mayor of his hometown.
