I am a graduate of Western Kentucky University, having received my Master of Science degree in Mathematics with a computational focus. I have multiple years of experience teaching mathematics in both classroom and one-on-one settings.
I am nonbinary and use they/them pronouns.
I have loved mathematics all my life, and I love putting myself in students' shoes to explain it in the way that they best understand. I believe that working through images and intuition, rather than rote symbolic manipulation, is the most effective way to communicate mathematical ideas.
