Over the span of 30 years of teaching at Elementary, Middle, and High School, my lessons have focused on active engagement of students in the learning process. Lessons are focused around group and individual work to assist in understanding and assessment of learning process. The environment is charged with a high amount of interaction between students to students, and students to teacher. Critical thinking is the norm in my teaching where students question, provide verbal and written feedback on the learning process. They assess and evaluate the effectiveness of my teaching strategies.
