I am a graduate of The University of Central Florida. I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Exercise & Sports Physiology with a focus on human performance. During my undergraduate career, I volunteered at two schools in Gainesville, Florida. I tutored, lesson planned, conducted tests and taught lessons to 2nd-grade students for 3 months. Also, I had the opportunity to tutor and teach lessons to high school students of grades 9-12. I tutored these students in Algebra, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Psychology. I have national certifications as an EKG (electrocardiogram) technician through the National Healthcare Association and a BLS healthcare provider through the American Heart Association. I have professional experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator conducting both gastrointestinal and genetics research trials. Currently, I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist providing spinal care and orthopedic rehabilitation. In my experience helping my students and patients, we always have fun while also achieving remarkable results. I am a firm believer in hard work, critical thinking, and putting 100% in all that you do. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, reading, and tutoring you all! I am a lifetime learner, as knowledge is power. I am pursuing my Master's Degree in Applied Kinesiology and Physiology from The University of Florida beginning in January 2022.
