I am passionate about helping students because I was once in their shoes, trying to learn and understand challenging new topics. I have helped students excel in algebra, chemistry, and other disciplines related to math and science. I am currently studying applied mathematics with a concentration in civil engineering at Oakwood University. I tutor in mathematics (Algebra I & II, Geometry) and in the physical sciences (chemistry and physics).I teach students until they adequately understand the subject to teach it to someone else. Outside of academia, I love studying geography and international relations. I also love the outdoors.
