About Me

I have a Bachelors degree in history from DePaul University and am currently pursuing a Masters degree in data analytics. My blend of liberal arts with a computer science graduate degree has offered me the ability to understand technical subjects coincided with the ability to explain them with a strong verbal ability. I have experience coaching youth sports including ice hockey and flag football from ages 6-18. This has taught me valuable teaching skills that allow me to maximize my time with each student dependent upon their needs. I get great personal enjoyment spreading my interest in computer programming with young minds. In the ever increasingly automated economy, I'm confident that computer programming skills is one of the best antidotes to becoming an irrelevant participant in the workforce for the youth that will be adults in the 2030s, 2040s, and on. Being interested and staying up to date on current events in technology and computing allows me to stay on top of the programming trends and be able to differentiate between the up and coming technologies and skills versus the ones that are becoming complacent and replaced. I'm excited for the opportunity to help bring the knowledge and skills I've learned to youth in order to better equip them to become strong contributors when they reach adulthood. Let's get started!
