I'm currently a 4th grade ELA teacher and this is my 10th year of teaching. I teach in the ATL metro area. I have taught in regular ed. settings as well as EIP settings (early intervention program) . I am well qualified to help students reach their full potential. My tutoring approach is a mix of visual, auditory, & kinesthetics activities. I have taught grades Pre-K, K, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th. I consider myself an expert on the Georgia Standards of Excellence for elementary grades & very familiar with the Georgia Milestones Assessment. I have administered the assessment for the past 6 years. Although, I can tutor all elementary school subjects, I'm most passionate about tutoring Reading, Writing, phonics and anything ELA related. I have a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in School Leadership. I
will be thrilled to work with your child to help him/her reach their full academic potential during these unprecedented times!
