I'm a Senior Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Houston and am pursuing a career in the field of Robotics. As a mechanical engineering student, my main topics of expertise are math, ranging from basic algebra all the way to upper level calculus, as well as physics. I enjoy helping students overcome their academic struggles because I find it to be rewarding. Seeing the joy and excitement on a student's face after a difficult topic finally clicks and they're able to understand it makes all the effort put forth as a tutor worth it.
Due to my expertise in the various math, physics and engineering courses I have been able to tutor my fellow classmates and help clear up any difficult or complex topics that may have come up in their various different courses. I have also been able to take part in various real world projects on and off campus over the last couple semesters. For the last couple years I have also had the great honor of mentoring and tutoring various high school students by relating what they have learned in both their math and physics classes to the real world through their participation in various robotics competitions.
