I love working with students to understand their unique learning styles, so as to customize my lesson delivery with the ultimate goal of helping them learn complex topics in a method that works for them. My aim is for students to learn specialized skills that will not only help them pass the CPA exam, but will stick with them throughout their careers and help them grow into strong and knowledgeable finance professionals.

I have spent plenty of volunteer hours tutoring CPA aspirants to help them understand the most fundamental and important concepts in financial accounting, managerial accounting, financial management and excel skills. The CPA exam expects not only a basic mastery of core concepts, but also speed and accuracy in applying these concepts to solve application problems. CPA candidates have a lot to learn and absorb in limited time and multiple life constraints, and that is where a good tutor can make a world of difference to the learning and testing process.
