I have a passion for teaching and sharing my expertise with others. My background for the last 20 years has been in Human Resources. I went to undergraduate school at Florida State University with a degree in multinational business operations. I have two graduate degrees - an MBA and MAC degree. I got my start in Human Resources while perusing my MBA in Buffalo, New York. I just recently finished my Masters in Accounting from UNC Chapel Hill. I've taught Human Resources for over seven years at both a professional and university level where I prep students to pass the SHRM-CP/SCP as well as help professionals prep for and understand Human Resources it relates to law firms.

My personal teaching philosophy is simple - relate what we learn with past experience. This allows the subjects to come alive and be tangible concepts, rather than abstract learning notes. Together, we develop a goal and then measure our progress against that goal.

When not tutoring, out family travels the Southeast for my daughters' tennis tournaments. I'm a dog lover, so when we are allowed to being them, our Aussiedoodle pups come too!
