Hello! My name is Erin, I am a licensed teacher from central Ohio. I am licensed to teach 4th - 9th grade language arts and social studies, as well as K-12 special education, mild-moderate needs. I currently am an intervention specialist teaching 7th grade inclusion language arts.
I have always been passionate about education and have known that I wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl. I have had the amazing opportunity to be involved with education-oriented jobs since I was 14 years old and teaching music theory at the studio where I was a student myself! While in college, I was a writing tutor for undergrad and graduate students for 7 of my 8 total semesters. I've had the great honor of working with students aged 2 - 75 years old!
I am looking forward to working with you and helping you reach your educational and academic goals. I believe that with love and support, we are all capable of success!
Personal note for long term students: My husband and I are expecting our first child this November! I will be taking a brief break from tutoring around her due date (11/19/2022), but will return to tutoring as soon as possible.
