I am a rising sophomore at Loyola University Chicago. I am a pre-med student working towards a double major in biology and sociology with a concentration in health and society. I have been in the Chicago area for the past 6 years, where I attended Adlai E. Stevenson High School. I started tutoring as a peer tutor in high school. I am able to help in subjects from math and science to college level reading and writing. I also have had experience in tutoring GED classes and continue to volunteer at a local community center. I believe in helping my students first grasp a firm understanding of foundational concepts through practice. I make sure to get to know my students and their preferred learning style, so I can figure out the best way to help them meet their individual goals.
