I am a student at Union College and I am studying as a pre-med student with a diuble major in Biology and Psychology. I am a member of my school's Leadership in Medicine (LIM) program, which enables me to earn a Bachelors of Sciences as well as an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management during my time at Union College. After graduation, I will automatically matriculate to Albany Medical College, where I plan to complete my four years of medical school. During my time at Union, I have volunteered as a tutor and mentor for disadvantaged elementary school students with a local after school program known as C.O.C.O.A House (Children of Our Community Open to Achievement). Working at C.O.C.O.A House taught me many lessons about teaching, patience, and how to truly listen to students when guiding them through difficult subjects. I teach many subjects that I am passionate about, such as English, History, Science, and Math. My favorite thing to do with students is have them explain concepts back to me, so that they can build up their own confidence in their knowledge and understanding of the material. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing tennis, learning how to cook, playing video games, and reading.
