About Me

Hello! I'm Erintrude, a recent graduate of Kenyon College and an MFA candidate at NCSU. I have two years of experience tutoring elementary level reading and writing for two different families, and miscellaneous tutoring experience in the fields of French, English and Test Prep (SAT and ACT). As a co-founder and head editor of a publishing press at my college, for a year and a half I have run workshops where I assigned contemporary literature, and taught these pieces to deepen reader's comprehension. Currently I am teaching a class of high schoolers in a summer program offered by the publishing press. I have experience with World Literature and translation studies as well. I'm passionate about language and I'm passionate about understanding. I tailor my teaching to the student, and in that sense we grow together in an environment of patience, support, and love for learning.
