Having just completed my first year of college, I am beyond familiar with the feeling of being frustrated in understanding certain subjects or concepts. Yet, in times like these, I always find myself reaching out to my peers for help (whether this was a classmate, tutor, or teacher). After seeing how much a tutor could improve my performance in subjects I struggled in, I decided to use my own academic strengths and help others. My tutoring experience ranges from helping middle and high schoolers with math concepts (from pre-Algebra to Calculus) along with teaching Japanese kids English in Japan for two years (pre-K-8th grade). I am passionate about giving other students the pride and joy that comes with great academic performance along with understanding challenging topics!
Outside of tutoring, I like to play soccer, run cross-country, and cook!
