After several years of commercial lending I decided to make the jump into residential lending since I heard many of my clients say "Mortgage lenders can't do math!" (While not always true sometimes it is). When I began my transition into mortgage lending I was told there was this "difficult" license that you needed to obtain prior to actually becoming a lender. After I decided the challenge was "accepted" I studied, and studied and yes studied, to make sure I passed the test the very first time I took it. (By the way only about 15% pass it the first time). I attribute this to not only learning and understanding the material, but knowing the right way to study. We all learn differently and it's my job to personalize and customize that to a student! I have taught classes for over 200 people and of course coached as little as one person. There is nothing more exciting than seeing a student pass their class and become licensed and watch them grow and learn. I have been a facilitator for the Walt Disney Company as well so I bring a twist of fun to a "boring" yet critical subjects and I am also a US Army veteran.

So many to place here, but I will narrow it down. While I love to teach and help others I also enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. We are avid Disney fans and typically involve Disney in our travels, be it cruises or theme parks. I also enjoy baseball and love dogs!
