About Me

I have an undergraduate degree in Archaeology and another in Biology from Boston University. I have a M.S. in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences from Drexel University. I am currently a second-year medical student in my gap year from University of Queensland-Ochsner Clinical school. I have been tutoring basic science and social science for the past 10 years. I love tutoring both English and Biology. I use metacognition strategies to improve learning so that students can gain both the confidence and the tools for self-motivation in the future. I really believe that you can learn any subject, by taking a step back, assessing what you know and don't know, and then creating that bridge of understanding. I am here to both help with building that bridge and to encourage you to your best self.
