With a bachelor's degree in English and a certification to teach 8-12 ELA, I served as an educator for 5 years. In those last 3 years, I ran the AP English III sections as well as led the English III team at my school. I have a special interest in rhetoric and persuasion, writing, and literature. My hobbies include playing music (mostly doing covers of old country songs to play with my family), playing with my dog, and sitting in coffee shops while reading, working, or journaling. I love to travel as I feel like walking through new places helps me absorb as much culture an art as possible that I couldn't get sitting at home. But most importantly, I love spending time with my family.
