Teaching is more than a job to me. I make a difference in the lives of my students, whether I am helping them learn English or how to add fractions or learn multiplication. I have ten plus years experience teaching elementary school students. I have worked with ESL students, and have been a per diem teacher in two different school districts. I have also taught SAT Verbal at the Huntington Learning Center.
I have a BA in History from Bryn Mawr College, an MA in History from Villanova University, and a Teaching Certificate from Gywnedd Mercy University.
My son is a Computer Science major at Penn State University Park. In my spare time I do yoga, and I am a voracious reader. I love history, science and literature. I enjoy listening to music, and would love to travel more.
