I am a student centered educator that uses many different methodologies for teaching to best meet the student's needs.
I received my BA in News Editorial Journalism and Spanish from Central Michigan University and completed a graduate teacher licensure program at the University of Dayton. I also hold a Master's in PK-12 Spanish Education and a PK-12 Reading Endorsement from the University of Dayton. I will be Reading Recovery Certified in May 2020 through Wright State University. I am currently pursuing an Administrator's License with the University of Dayton beginning May 2020.
I have tutored one-on-one in person for a private tutoring company for 2 years in Spanish. I also tutored students in an urban public school in reading during their school day for a year.
I tutor all levels of Spanish, 1-AP and college level as well as elementary reading, preferably kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades.
