About Me

Hello! My name is Keira and I earned my BS from Miami University in kinesiology and pre-medical studies in 2019 and am now in medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine! I apply my knowledge of biology, chemistry, physiology, biochemistry (etc!) everyday as I continue to learn more and more about the human body and medicine. This also means I have recent experience with preparing, studying, and taking the MCAT.I am excited to meet you! I have lots of experience as a tutor of all ages and a variety of subjects, mostly sciences. All of my tutoring subjects listed on my profile are classes I took in college and did very well in. I tutored throughout college and high school and had many students who came to my sessions every week, allowing us to really focus on independent learning. I am passionate about teaching and am looking forward to helping you reach your goals. My goals are to help increase understanding of challenging material. I am a firm believer that we should study to learn and UNDERSTAND material, not just memorize things. My end goal is to help you become an independent, life-long learner!
