About Me

I have my B.S. in Exercise Science & Fitness Management and my M.S. in Human Performance. I have 15+ plus years in the Health, Wellness and Physical Rehabilitation profession. I have successfully tutored, mentored and trained over 50+ personal trainers and wellness coaches in the areas of certification prep, working with clients with physical limitations and business marketing development to help them acquire more clients. Overall, I LOVE the health and wellness profession as I am now at a stage in my career and life where it brings me absolute joy to share my knowledge, expertise and passion with others in the profession that are new, fairly new and eager to work in this awesome profession. Due to that passion and just with my perspective on life, I have high energy at times. So don't be surprised if I start to cheer or say "whooohoooo" or "let's goooo" when you get a correct answer or master a certain concept.
