About Me

I am a patient and diligent tutor with over 10 years of experience teaching and tutoring students with diverse needs. My career is in public health program management and epidemiology. My primary method of tutoring is student-centered discussion method, where we assess skills at baseline and discuss methods of problem-solving to identify the most comfortable approaches for the student to use. I specialize in the following subjects within arithmetic: Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Algebra II, Elementary-Middle School Math, Pre-calculus, and Calculus AB. I have tutored Pre-Algebra and Algebra for 10 years and have helped with reading comprehension and writing for grades K-12 for 8 years. From calculus to writing, I am here to help all students in need!
