I am a passionate tutor of several subjects, with an emphasis on high school math. I attended Johns Hopkins University and spent a semester abroad in Seville, Spain. Since graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, I have worked in software development, education, and the performing arts -- I like a bit of variety to keep life interesting! I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Policy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My personal interests include dance, cooking, and podcasts. I thrive off making personal connections with my students to build rapport and help make learning fun. I believe that strengthening fundamentals and encouraging effective study habits are key to seeing improvement in students' confidence, understanding, and abilities.
