I am a recent graduate of the University of Utah with my BS in Biochemistry. During my undergraduate career I was a Supplemental Instruction Leader for General Chemistry courses and Bioorganic Courses helping students work through challenging subjects, deal with testing anxiety, and ultimately crush their midterm and final exams. I also tutored many students independently in Chemistry, Calculus, and Biology throughout college.

I love working with students and have become passionate about helping students achieve their goals. As a student who occasionally struggled in classes, (dang Quantum Chemistry), I was lucky to have the support of amazing tutors, teaching assistants, and professors. I became a tutor to serve that role for other students like me. Whether your goal is to complete a challenging homework assignment, crush some test preparation, or to stop feeling overwhelmed by subject material I am dedicated and excited to help!

It is my teaching philosophy that with the right support and motivation, any student can reach their goals.

My tutoring style is laid back but structured. I like to receive questions/concerns ahead of time so I can prepare and make sure that the session runs smoothly. Once sessions begin I like to laugh, learn, and make progress. My goals are as follows, to create a welcoming learning environment, to alleviate stress, and to make progress towards student goals.

A little more about me:
- I am a yoga instructor
- I am in avid skier
- I have 2 dogs
- I am currently applying to medical school.
- I can make a mean latte.
