I am a recent graduate of the University of Vermont, where I majored in Animal Science and minored in Food Systems. I graduated in 7 semesters with Honors and completed and published my senior thesis on Problematic Behaviors in Recently Adopted Dogs. Trhoughout my time at UVM I was a peer tutor at the UVM Learning Cooperative.
My natural strength is in English and writing, but I love science and have spent my academic time pursuing it. Because of this I offer a unique cross-sectional perspective of both "hard" and "soft" subjects; I can teach you how to write about science in an accessible and engaging way, and I can show you how to come at writing and literature from a critical, comprehensive and methodical viewpoint. It is through mixing the disciplines that I find the most learning takes place!
