I am a trainee teacher, studying in the School of Education at Strathclyde University, Glasgow.

My first degree was in Electronic and Information Engineering, and I come from a background in medical statistics, physics, and pure mathematics.

My interest is in helping people understand the principles behind mathematics. I will never expect you to learn formulae and equations from memory; instead, I want you to understand WHY those equations are true, and what kinds of problems they would solve.
