I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, minoring in Mathematics. I have previously tutored mathematics for my University and have received training in regards to proper tutoring techniques. My specialties are Calculus as well as core engineering courses such as Statics, Physics, and Thermodynamics. While these are my favorite subjects, I am also able to tutor many different areas of mathematics, statistics, physics, and biology. When it comes to math and science, each teacher has their own methods or tricks they use to facilitate learning in their students. I like to use these same methods in order to reinforce the concepts that the students have been exposed to in class. When on the path to academic success, hard work and determination are sometimes not enough. I believe everyone needs a helping hand once in a while, especially with challenging subjects.
