It would be my pleasure to work with you and your student to embark on this journey of learning. Before we begin I would like to introduce myself to you.

I have been in education for 10 years. I was a 2nd grade Reading/ELA teacher for 5 years and currently I am an Instructional Coach for grades Kindergarten - 2nd. I am a strong believer that knowledge is power and I am a life time learner. I have a Bachelors Degree from Governors State University in General Studies, a Masters Degree from Governors State University in Urban Teacher Education, as well as, a Masters Degree in Reading with a Reading Specialist certification from Olivet Nazarene University.
