I love the English language and further love the opportunity and ability to help students gain a serious command of English. I have been an English teacher at upper level high school and college for decades and have never grown tired of nor disenchanted with helping students master the nuances of the language. I am student-centered-- finding clever and fun ways to explain difficult concepts and encourage students' positive practice of language and literature skills.
