What is your teaching philosophy?

I like to make tutoring as interactive as possible to help keep students interested. I also like to ask students questions to help them think critically on the subject.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

It is important to know what a student's interest or disinterest is in a subject to help tailor learning. I also work to establish what the student's existing knowledge base is on a subject.
