I believe that one of the biggest flaws in education is the lack of intimacy between teachers and their pupils. Instead of teaching students en masse, a more optimal approach is to make each lesson fit for the particular student. I have carried out this philosophy while tutoring in the past and I intend to continue doing so in the present and in the future.

What is your teaching philosophy?
The exact approach to responding to difficulty learning varies based on the exact course material with which they are having trouble. Personally, I believe the best course of action is to demonstrate the material through illustration, and I will, therefore, do so whenever possible.
