What is your teaching philosophy?

I aim to match a mode of teaching that best suits the student. If the student needs a discussion-based learning experience, I will happily oblige. If there are any games, activities or videos that will foster learning, I will actively attempt to seek them out. I will never abandon a student and will work hard to ensure memory and application.

How can you help a student become an independent learner?

I can assign independent activities and check on the student's progress as per request. As the student becomes familiar with the theories and is required to rely on his or her learning ability, the student will request me to help less.
