Right after high school I moved to Argentina to learn Spanish and have been traveling ever since. I live in Houston, one of the most diverse cities in the United States and enjoy meeting new people from all over the world right here in my own city. What is your teaching philosophy?

I believe that each student has the capacity and ability to be successful at anything he/she sets her mind to. My job is to help students find ways to reach their potential!

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

In our first session, I want to get to know you and where you are in the content. I know that, if I can help tie your interests to what you're learning, you'll be more willing to work and find success. I also want to know where you are and how you learn so that I can provide individualized service and teaching to you!

How can you help a student become an independent learner?

I can help you become an independent learner by teaching you skills to help you learn on your own. We can also pull in many of the resources available on the Internet to make independent learning both fun and engaging!
