I have 5+ years teaching English I-IV, including pre-AP. I understand that students need an environment that is conducive to enhancing their reading, writing, and annotating abilities. I love watching students expand their minds, and I enjoy being a part of that process. Everyone struggles, so it's good to know that you're the one who steps in and fosters a learning environment that will increase the intellectual aptitudes for students.
