I graduated Amherst College summa cum laude with a degree in neuroscience in 2014. After graduating I completed a master's degree in biochemistry at the University of Cambridge in England. I then worked as self-employed tutor for a few months before starting a teaching fellowship in Colombia, where I taught high school English. I am currently interviewing for medical school for matriculation in August 2017.I have a variety of teaching and tutoring experiences, including working as a self-employed tutor, an organic chemistry teaching assistant, and a high school English teacher. I primarily tutor math, science, the MCAT, and Spanish. I recognize that success in school depends on study habits and techniques as much as understanding material, so I try to include as many study tips as I can in my sessions. In my free time I enjoy running, reading, and listening to music.
