As a tutor, my hope is to help give you the best skill set for success. My training comes from my experience as an undergraduate at UNLV. As I wrap up my senior year in the biology program, I have learned varying methods of learning. Each method is different depending on the type of learner. I tutor in biological sciences as well as pre-algebra, psychology and Spanish. I really enjoy tutoring biology as that is my degree; however, I find the field in general as amazing. In terms of my personal philosophy, I am a huge visual learner. I typically am a fan of taking separate notes, diagrams, and whiteboard learning. Outside of academics, I'm a huge fan of watching shows on Netflix and also hanging out with my dog. Hope we can make a great partnership so you can succeed in any areas of trouble.
