What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?
It is important to get to know the student's specific learning style. We try looking at a problem in multiple different ways, and I assess which field (whether audio, visual, tactile) the student is most successful in. I then gear tutoring towards this type of learning for the student.
