I just finished my first year at Columbia University where I'm studying English (or maybe political science, philosophy, or whatever else catches my attention in the coming year). I've been tutoring for years, first as a high school student helping my peers as a member of the National Honors Society, and later to help students prepare for standardized tests like the SAT, SAT Subject Tests, and AP Exams. I'm also a Senior Staff Writer for Columbia's student newspaper, the Daily Spectator, so I'm pretty much constantly editing and giving advice to my fellow writers. I love sharing my excitement for learning with students, and I hope to be able to provide advice, preparation and insight to make the college application process a little less of a guessing game while reducing stress as much as possible.
