What is your teaching philosophy?

I believe strongly in assessing strengths, and using these areas of strength and confidence in a subject to master trickier concepts. Overall, mine is a confidence and positivity-based approach that encourages and facilitates my students' discoveries of answers in a way that feels less like being instructed and more like gaining mastery through their own abilities.
