About Me

My name is Ariana Ray; I am a third-year student at Columbia University in New York. I am a physics major, considering a minor in math, and I love to teach. Physics and math are some of the coolest and most confusing subjects out there, and while it can be incredibly frustrating to struggle through a difficult concept, once it clicks, the payoff is fantastic you get to learn one more interesting fact about the strange world we live in. My job as a tutor is to help you understand your difficult subjects so that you can begin to do well in them and, even better, enjoy them. I am a patient, but rigourous, tutor, and I am happy to work hard alongside you to help you succeed.
