I will help the student become an independent learner by making him/her comfortable to discuss a subject.

How would you help a student stay motivated?

By letting the student know that no matter how hard a situation can seem to be, always give your best effort and it will pay off.

If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?

Take my time to go through that concept until the student is comfortable going to the next step.

Discussion, talking with the student and asking questions.
